Mother loses fight to terminate joint legal custody of her children

As you know, our office has extensive experience handling slip and fall cases. In the unpublished opinion ROSA NAPPI VS. TOWN OF SECAUCUS, ET AL, the court affirmed the dismissal of Plaintiff's case. This case involved the removal of ice and snow from a private residence. Plaintiff Rosa Nappi fractured her leg after falling
on an area that connects defendant's driveway to the street. Appellate Division opinions on this subject are very useful for understanding the requirements for proving negligence.
